Xiltek offers free shipping on all orders. This free shipping applies to regular LTL freight shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. There is NO shipping to residential addresses.

Customer responsible for handling the equipment once unloaded

If customer pays before noon time, the equipment will be shipped the same day

All shipping is done by domestic freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, XPO, R+L, Forward Air etc.)

When the freight arrives, please inspect the exterior packaging carefully and have the driver note any possible damage before you sign the bill of lading for delivery.

Please note that for residential addresses and specific locations such as malls may not be possible to deliver. Please reach out before buying if you have address questions.
Freight Shipment Procedures

IMPORTANT! Refuse delivery of any items with signs of damage. Remember you are signing off that there has been no carrier damage and that you accept the unit.

Unpack your order immediately and inspect for visible and concealed damage during the time of delivery while the driver is still there.

There is no rush! Check the products as they are being delivered to you. It is important to check them while the truck driver is still there. The driver may try to rush you into signing the forms, so he can leave. DO NOT SIGN until you have thoroughly checked all your items. The driver is responsible for waiting until the shipment has been thoroughly inspected and signed for.

We have noticed that the more urgent the driver seems to get the form signed and to move on to his next delivery, the more likely it is that the products are damaged. Inspect the products and note any potential damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.

Remember: once the driver leaves, you become responsible for reporting any damages to the freight company and Xiltek cannot be held liable for those damages.

PLEASE do NOT destroy the crate or box until you are certain you will not need them. In case of returns for any reason, the freight carrier can not pick up the unit without proper packaging such as the as-shipped condition.

Should any damage be discovered, keep the shipping carton and any inner packaging intact and refuse the shipment.
